Salon Select is operated by Bible Business Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through our mobile app and website at salonselect.net, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Account informationWhen you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. Beauty professionals also provide business details including business name, address, services offered, pricing, and hours.LocationWith your permission, the app uses your device location to show businesses near you. You can decline this and set a location manually instead, or change the permission at any time in your device settings.Booking informationWhen you book an appointment we collect the service, date, time, and the contact details you provide so the business can reach you.Payment informationSubscription payments are processed by Stripe and Apple. We do not receive or store your full card number. We retain a customer identifier and subscription status so we know what your account has access to.Usage informationWe record activity such as which listings you view, search, or save, in order to operate features like recently viewed and recommendations, and to give professionals aggregate statistics about their listing.

We use your information to create and maintain your account, show you relevant businesses, process bookings, send booking-related notifications, process subscription payments, provide professionals with performance data about their own listing, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

With businesses you bookWhen you make a booking, the business receives your name, phone number, email, and appointment details so they can serve you.With service providersWe use Supabase for data storage, Stripe and Apple for payments, and Google Places for business directory information. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.With partnersIf a beauty professional signs up through a Salon Select partner referral link, that partner can see the professional’s business name, category, city, and subscription tier for the purpose of calculating revenue share. Partners do not have access to client data.For legal reasonsWe may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

Business listings, including business name, address, category, services, and photos, are publicly visible in the app. Reviews you write are public and display the name on your account. Do not include anything in a review that you would not want publicly associated with you.

You can update your profile information at any time in the app. You can turn off location access in your device settings. You can adjust notification preferences in the app’s settings. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below; we will delete it except where we are required to retain records, such as transaction history for tax purposes.

We keep your account information while your account is active. Booking and transaction records are retained as long as needed for business and legal purposes. When you delete your account we remove your personal information other than records we must keep.

Salon Select is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
