Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Salon Select, operated by Bible Business Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Salon Select is a directory and booking platform that connects clients with beauty professionals. We are not a party to the appointment itself. We do not employ, supervise, license, or guarantee the professionals listed, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any service performed.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a professional or partner account.

Using Salon Select is free for clients. Bookings you make are agreements between you and the business. Payment for services is handled directly with the business unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. Cancellation terms are set by each business; where we display a policy, it is provided by that business.

Professional listings require a paid subscription. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time — your listing remains active through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, holding any licenses your services require, and honoring bookings made through the platform. We may remove or suspend a listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, or the subject of repeated complaints.

Partner accounts require approval and are free to join. Approved partners earn a percentage of subscription revenue from professionals who sign up through their referral link. The rate begins at 20% and increases automatically based on how many referred professionals remain actively subscribed. Revenue share is earned only on payments actually collected. It is not earned on trials, refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled payments. Earnings depend entirely on how many professionals a partner recruits and which plans those professionals choose. We make no guarantee of income. Payouts are issued monthly on the 15th, covering revenue collected during the prior calendar month. We may withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, and may terminate a partner account for misrepresenting Salon Select, recruiting through spam or deception, or otherwise violating these terms.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Do not post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or infringing. We may remove content that violates these terms. By posting content you grant us a license to display it within the service.

Do not use Salon Select to break the law, scrape or copy the directory in bulk, interfere with the service, misrepresent yourself, or create fake listings, accounts, or reviews.

The app may display publicly available business information sourced from third parties, including Google Places. These businesses are not Salon Select members and have not been verified by us. Business owners may claim their listing to manage it.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate or complete, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved.

To the extent permitted by law, Bible Business Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
